How it started?
A woman entrepreneur, passionate about turning her hobby into a career, reached out to me to develop a distinctive and welcoming identity for her handmade clothing business, which we called Grüne Spinne in honor of her family name.
Needs and wishes:
She wanted the logo to reflect the meaning of her family’s name and incorporate a simple "needle and thread" element, aiming for a design that feels both familiar and unique. Additionally, she requested a versatile shape that could be framed for children's clothing and easily adapted for special occasions like celebrations and holidays.
Outcome:
In response to her vision, I focused on creating a logo that is simple yet captivating, emphasizing movement to reflect the dynamic nature of handmade custom clothing. The deep green-on-white color scheme was chosen to create a high-contrast design that connects with the brand's name, ensuring the logo stands out as professional and mature while maintaining a sense of approachability.
